Extending existing Grade II listed house within a conservation area to form new full height orangery room, the new structure was build over an existing listed basement that had to be structurally supported whilst casting the orangery foundations. The building was constructed using stone and block and features exposed oak trusses a bespoke external joinery package and natural oak flooring throughout. The internal swimming pool was constructed as a standalone building and features local walling stone and block, exposed oak trusses and engineered ceilings to cope with the humidity levels. The building features a full M&E installation, changing and toilet facilities complete with hard landscaping.
