Extending the existing facility with the addition of 5 anti ligature ensuited bedrooms with circulation area, kitchen and seclusion room with observation zone, the unit was constructed traditionally with precast floors. The glazing and door package featured a full anti ligature spec together with the internal ironmongery and sanitary ware. The external areas feature hard and soft landscaping together with security fencing.
