BROUGHTON GATE : Build Starts : Phase 1

Holland Build have been awarded a £1.8m contract in Milton Keynes construction and mixed use development of Residential, Retail and Commercial units to serve the community of Broughton Gate. Within the development will be a new CO-OP superstore, apartments, pharmacy and retail outlets. The building houses traditional mass fill concrete foundations, steel frame, traditional masonry, concrete floors and stairs with a single ply membrane roof. The curtain walling and glazing elements are aluminium powder coated. The external works comprise of hard and soft landscaping.
